FOTM Fall & Winter Concert Series 2002 - 2003

Faire Winds
Thursday, October 31, 2002 7:30 pm, Belbas Theater

Our first Halloween concert in many years brings together three stunning female voices from three different cultures, for one unforgettable evening.

Aoife (pronounced Eefa) Clancy was born in the small town of Carrick-on-Suir in County Tipperrary, Ireland and by age 14 was singing in pubs with her father, Bobby Clancy of the Clancy Brothers. In 1995, Aoife was invited to join the renowned Cherish the Ladies and toured with them for over four years.

Singer and songwriter Anne Hills draws her material from America's best musical traditions. The Kerrville Music Foundation recognized those skills by naming Anne their 1997 Outstanding Female Vocalist of the Year.

Bill (Belinda) Jones, born in Staffordshire, England and now based in the North East, has taken the folk circuit by storm. Performing solo for only 2 years, now Bill has a sweet and soulful voice and plays accordion, piano, flute and Irish whistle.

Tickets: $20.00 a piece or only $60.00 for your Season Ticket.
Tickets will go on sale August 31st at the Pavilion Box Office or by calling 605-367-7397. All concerts will be held at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls (Belbas Theater and the Great Hall).
