Aoife (pronounced Eefa) Clancy was born in the small town of
Carrick-on-Suir in County Tipperrary, Ireland and by age 14 was
singing in pubs with her father, Bobby Clancy of the Clancy Brothers.
In 1995, Aoife was invited to join the renowned Cherish the Ladies and
toured with them for over four years.
Singer and songwriter Anne Hills draws her material from America's
best musical traditions. The Kerrville Music Foundation recognized
those skills by naming Anne their 1997 Outstanding Female Vocalist of
the Year.
