This original musical is a send-up of a fictitious radio station just outside of Wakonda, South Dakota. It’s a blues to bluegrass road trip through the songs and stories of rural Americana. It is reminiscent of the old time radio shows with a new twist, featuring Boyd Bristow (guitar and vocals), Kaija Bonde (vocals and percussion), Brian Bonde (guitar and vocals), and occasional special guests. It is an ever-changing collection of sketches, bluegrass, blues, folk, and country music. |
