5 Mile Chase is an Irish music duo based in St. Paul, Minnesota, that melds the talents of accomplished young musicians Django Amerson (fiddle, bouzouki) and Brian Miller (guitar, vocals, Irish flute, whistles). They will be joined this weekend by another member of this exciting new generation of Irish musicians, Helen Gubbins (button accordion, vocals, whistles) from Limerick, Ireland. 5 Mile Chase performs a vibrant brand of Irish traditional music that couples refined musicianship and creative whimsy with sensitivity to the depth of the Irish tradition.
